2. Information we collect and its sources

  • Information you provide: name, email address, telephone number, billing and delivery addresses, order details, delivery instructions, and messages or evidence supplied to customer support.
  • Transaction information: purchases, amounts, currency, payment status, transaction references, refunds, shipment status, and limited payment-method information made available by the checkout provider. Payment credentials are handled by the payment services used at checkout.
  • Information from use of the store: IP address, browser and device details, pages and products viewed, shopping events, cookie or device identifiers, technical logs, and privacy preferences.
  • Information from service providers: payment confirmations, delivery updates, security or fraud indicators, and information needed to operate and support the store.

We obtain information directly from you, through your interactions with the website, and from the platform, payment, delivery, and other providers involved in those interactions. If information necessary for an order or delivery is missing, we may be unable to complete the transaction. Do not email full payment card details or security codes.

3. Why we use information

We use information to provide the store and checkout, process and fulfill orders, arrange shipping, communicate about purchases, handle support and refunds, prevent fraud, protect the store, maintain business records, meet legal obligations, and resolve disputes. Subject to applicable choices and consent requirements, we also use browsing and shopping information to measure advertising and show relevant advertisements.

Buying from us or reading this policy does not by itself give consent to optional advertising tracking. You can purchase without consenting to the Meta Pixel.

4. Shopify and other recipients

Our store is hosted on Shopify. Shopify processes personal information to operate the platform, checkout, and related services. Shopify may also act independently for services you use directly, such as Shop or Shop Pay where available, and for certain enhanced services if enabled. See the Shopify Consumer Privacy Policy, the Shopify Data Processing Addendum, and Shopify's privacy portal.

We share information as needed with payment providers; fulfillment suppliers in China; delivery and logistics providers; providers supporting our website, communications, customer service, security, and fraud prevention; professional advisers; and authorities when lawfully required. Fulfillment suppliers receive the information reasonably needed to prepare and deliver your order.

Advertising information is disclosed to Meta as described below. Advertising disclosures may be considered "sale", "sharing", or targeted advertising under some privacy laws, even where no money is paid for the information. Advertising identifiers and similar data can remain personal information even when they do not directly display your name.

5. Cookies and the Meta Pixel

Necessary cookies support functions such as the shopping cart, checkout, security, and remembering privacy choices. Blocking all cookies in your browser may affect these functions.

We use the Meta Pixel to measure the performance of advertising and help create audiences for advertisements on Meta services, including Facebook and Instagram. Depending on your interaction and the features enabled, information may include IP address, browser and device information, cookie identifiers, pages and products viewed, cart actions, and purchase events with product identifiers, value, and currency. Meta may associate this information with a Meta account and activity on other websites or services.

Meta may collect information about online activities over time and across different websites when its technology is active. Its processing is described in the Meta Privacy Policy and Meta Cookies Policy. You can also review your Meta advertising preferences.

Our consent banner allows you to accept or reject optional marketing tracking and change your choice later through the store's cookie or privacy settings. The Meta Pixel is blocked until you consent, including for visitors in Australia. Withdrawing consent applies to future tracking and does not undo processing that has already occurred lawfully.

Cookies can last for a browsing session or remain for a period set by the provider. Durations depend on the cookies in use. See the store's cookie settings, the Shopify Cookie Policy, and Meta's linked cookie information, or contact us for further details.

6. Browser privacy signals and advertising choices

Optional marketing tracking remains blocked until you accept it through our cookie settings, regardless of a legacy browser Do Not Track (DNT) preference. DNT does not replace the choices offered in our banner. You can reject optional marketing tracking or withdraw consent through the store's cookie or privacy settings.

Where applicable law requires us to honor a recognized opt-out preference signal, such as Global Privacy Control (GPC), we treat that signal as a request to opt out of the sale, sharing, or targeted advertising covered by that law. GPC and legacy DNT are different signals. Browser-based choices may apply only to the browser or device sending them; you can also contact us to exercise rights concerning information associated with your account or orders.

7. International processing

The seller is based in the United States. Order information is shared with fulfillment suppliers in China and delivery providers serving Australia. Shopify and its providers may process information in other countries, including Canada and the United States; Meta operates internationally, including in the United States and Ireland. The countries involved depend on the services used. Shopify publishes information about its subprocessors.

Privacy laws can differ between countries. International disclosures remain subject to applicable legal requirements. You can contact us for information about recipients and safeguards relevant to your information. This policy does not ask you to waive mandatory protections.

8. Retention and security

We retain personal information for as long as reasonably needed for the purposes described here, taking account of the information involved, fulfillment and support, applicable recordkeeping obligations, disputes, security, and legal claims. When information is no longer needed, we delete it or de-identify it as appropriate, subject to lawful retention obligations.

We use reasonable safeguards to protect information. No internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.

9. Your choices and rights

You can contact us to request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information, withdraw consent, or raise a privacy concern. Depending on the law applicable to you and to our processing, additional rights may include obtaining a copy of your information, opting out of sale or sharing or targeted advertising, and limiting certain uses. Legal exceptions, including necessary recordkeeping, may apply.

Depending on your U.S. state of residence and the privacy laws applicable to our business and processing, you may have rights to access, obtain a copy of, correct, or delete personal information; opt out of covered sale, sharing, targeted advertising, or certain profiling; and appeal a decision regarding your request. California residents, where the California Consumer Privacy Act applies, may also have rights to know how information is collected, used, and disclosed, opt out of sale or sharing for cross-context behavioral advertising, limit certain uses and disclosures of sensitive personal information, and receive equal treatment when exercising their rights. These rights are subject to the conditions and exceptions in the applicable law.

Contact us using the details in section 1 to submit a request. Authorized agents may act where permitted. Where an applicable law provides a right to appeal, reply to our decision or email us with the subject "Privacy Appeal". We respond within the periods required by that law and explain any further complaint route. The seller's California address does not by itself determine which privacy laws apply to a particular request.

For Australian customers, access, correction, and complaint rights under the Australian Privacy Act apply where that Act covers our handling of your information. We respond within a reasonable period and any specific period required by applicable law.

Tell us which right or concern your request relates to. For requests such as access, correction, or deletion, we may request information reasonably necessary to verify your identity or an agent's authority, where permitted by law. Requests to opt out of sale or sharing do not require identity verification; we request only information needed to apply the choice. We respond within the period required by applicable law and explain any lawful refusal or limitation.

If you subscribe to promotional communications, you may unsubscribe using the message instructions or by contacting us. We honor applicable opt-out deadlines. Essential order, payment, delivery, and service messages may continue.

For a privacy complaint, explain the issue and the outcome you seek. We will investigate, contact you if clarification is needed, and explain our response. If unresolved, you may complain to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner where it has jurisdiction, or to another competent privacy authority.

10. Children

Our store is intended for adults and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly seek personal information from children under 13. If you believe such information has been provided, contact us so that we can review and take appropriate action.

11. Changes to this policy

We update this policy when relevant practices or requirements change, and show the updated date above. For material changes, we provide a prominent notice on the website or other appropriate notification, including email where appropriate. Where a new consent is required, we obtain it separately rather than treating continued use as blanket consent.
